Booked a group holiday but left short an apartment. Admitted mistake on the phone, but when we went to get our money back, they would not cooperate. Ignored emails and offered a reduction in our next booking. Would not book with this company ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. We were treated appallingly and left a very sour taste.
At least if you made a mistake own up to it, apologise and refund what is due!!
