It is pleasing to think that we may be getting some electrons generated by more CO2 considerate methods... but price and customer service is equally important. Recent increases to daily charges were a little unwelcome as with an energy efficent home they tended to sting! Customer service has been good and often I get through to the same person in the customer service department which is really nice. After the horror of dealing with automatons in EDF and taking many months to switch it has been a delight to deal with a smaller company.
I like the fact that Good Energy are investing in their own renewable generators ... solar and wind.
