I’ve tried both Magic Spoon and Grandma Crunch before. While Magic Spoon has the advantage of using allulose, it gets costly to order from abroad with fluctuating exchange rates. I tried Grandma Crunch with the hopes it would be more cost effective. Sadly, the texture of that cereal is similar to a stale pork crackling. So, when I saw an ad for Good O’s on Facebook I was up to try another. I’ll be honest, these were better than expected for an EU product. Those pesky allulose regs ruin everything. However, the crunch is amazing, they don’t taste stale and nothing gets stuck in your teeth like Magic Spoon. Flavours are not overpowering, with berry very similar to Love Heart sweets, but my favourite is chocolate. Overall, flavours could do with boost as they are short lived, but wasn’t a deal breaker. I’m not on a keto diet, so the carb content doesn’t bother me. I’m all about zero sugar. But for those on full keto, it may be a little too high. But for me, Good O’s has everything I need at a much lower cost. Zero sugar, low calories and quicker shipping. Second order has been placed and after I’ve cleaned out my remaining Magic Spoon,and lowered my stocks of Good O’s, I’ll be setting up a subscription.
