I ordered the fish box and was surprised that the hake I had expected was replaced with mackerel, a completely different taste of fish and nbot one I would have bought. There was no mention of the reason for this. I apreciate the need to freeze fish, but the glaze is excessive, leading to copious amount of water accumulating in the thawing process. The fish were acceptable but still not as fresh as I would expect from ship to shore produce, in fact there is a distinctly fishy smell which is not a good sign of freshness. I am unlikely to reorder, which is a shame as I thought I had at last found a good fish supplier.
