HORRENDOUS SCAM! Ordered a gift basket of olive oil and balsamic vinegar with nuts. Instead they sent cheap barbecue sauce. They cite terms and conditions they never sent saying they are entitled to swap out whatever items they want for different items of equal or greater value and then also admit in writing they sent items of lesser value. They refuse to issue a refund or resolve the manner in any way. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
