You would have had five stars up until recently. The products are mostly delicious and delivery is prompt. However, having emailed you twice asking you why are you not just putting 'out of stock' on certain products, rather than allowing an order then replacing it with an unwanted substitute (salted caramel cashews are NOT an acceptable replacement for the coconut ones!), and having received no response, I've decided not to risk ordering from you again. I really don't want to have to pay for products I didn't ask for and don't like. It would surely be a simple matter to update your website when products are out of stock? It would be good if emails were responded to as well; queries being ignored just makes me think you don't care about your customers.
