Goodnight Macaroon ARE THIEVES. I placed an order in April 2023, when it arrived the quality was TERRIBLE and it was missing some items from my order. I started a refund in May and followed all of their instructions, including paying for the shipping and sent them a copy of the receipt with tracking number. They replied saying they’d process the return and it would take 3-7 business days for the refund. I’ve never received a refund and they have ignored all emails since. They took back the merchandise, after not shipping the full order to begin with, and NEVER processed the refund. They stole $250.60 from me plus the $17.38 I spent to ship it back to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
