Good-to-Go meals are great! No MSG, terrific ingredients, a really good amount of food (the single portion is easily perfect size for 1, the double portion will feed 2 people), fits into backpack nicely, only need water, ready in minutes, tastes delicious! I’m gluten free, dairy free, and vegan, and am so happy to have finally found MRE’s that I can eat and enjoy on the trail!
