It has been a month since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it, so I can't leave a review of the product, only the customer service. I have heard back from customer service, but I wouldn't say that they are knocking themselves out to make this right. I was told to wait for the order to be returned to me by the post office, even though the tracking says that the shipment has been sitting at a post office in Maine for 2 weeks. I would expect excellent customer service to send me a replacement order (which I did suggest, but got no response to that request)
