Great quality ingredients, but taste ranges from excellent to poor. I loved the Herbed Mushroom Risotto (maybe the best hiking food I have ever bought!) but I did not like the chipotle/cayenne pepper flavor of the three bean chili at all. I was expecting to love the chili because it is my favorite food and I have hardly ever met a chili that I didn't like. Overall, I would still recommend Good-to-Go products but definitely recommend trying the flavor before buying in bulk.
