I took the Pad Thai on an 8 day backpacking trip and it really hit the spot! So tasty and flavorful - it didn't seem like "trail food" at all. I had the Veggie Korma as well and - just loved having new and complex flavors and veggies at the end of a long hiking day. This company is committed to high quality delicious and nutritious foods and using high quality ingredients without harmful and weird additives. Will definitely be bringing them along again!
