Ordered some slippers on 29th November so all the family can have new ones for Christmas. Had to pay a delivery charge. Still not had them, sent an email to their customer support team, received a reply saying thanks for reaching out to us someone will contact you shortly. Had a text two days later which doesn't support any replies saying they will be despatched 23rd December so not holding out a great deal of hope for them to arrive for Christmas! Today received more emails advertising sheepskin slippers for Christmas gifts! Why, they obviously can't have them in stock? Not impressed. Poor customer service/delivery in my opinion.
