My Birkenstock clogs arrived very quickly, but unfortunately on unpacking them it became clear they were two different sizes. I returned them with the prepaid label. I had asked if I could exchange them for a matched in size pair and was sent an e mail to say that this would happen when my original clogs were received back.
I was therefore very surprised to receive another e mail telling me my money had been refunded and I would have to do another order.
