I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and the price was lower than other stockists of the shoes I wanted. However, there was considerable confusion over the sizing of this particular brand of shoe which meant I had to return them - I knew what size I required as I already owned a pair in another colour but was sent a larger size which is apparently what is advised. However, the replacement pair arrived the following day, even though they hadn't received my returning pair by that time so the customer service was excellent in that respect.
