When I ordered the items (7/8/18) it stated delivery would be within 5-7 working days. 12 working days later (24/8/18) I chased it and it had not been sent. Gooseberry apologised and sent it that day and said would include something by way of an apology. Items received the next day (25/8/18). Also at the time of the initial order I was offered a free Redken hair hangover kit which did not arrive with my package. When I called to ask about it (on 28/8/18) I was advised it was because it had been subject to availability and there were none left, however, when I pointed out they were still showing available on the website again the assistant apologised and said they would have it updated. I have checked today (29/8/18) and the Redken Hair Hangover Kit is still available. This was my first order and in future I will use a different company and pay a little bit more for reliability and providing what they say they would.
