This is my second order with gooseberry as although it was pretty bad the first time, I thought I?d give them the benefit of the doubt as they are cheaper. I had to ring and chase up my order the first time. The second order was about the same. I had to wait nearly two weeks to recieve my order and expect it may have been longer had I not chased this up. I was informed that it was working days, well if that?s the case I should still have received my order within a few days! Not two weeks! They are slightly cheaper, but if you have ordered because you need the stuff, pay 50p more and go elsewhere. I did receive a couple of free sachets of mask treatment for dandruff and all the stuff I ordered was for fine hair. Not really tuned in to the customers needs either
