My order took 3 weeks - 16 Working Days to arrive. I had to call the shop 3 times and wrote to inform the shop that the web link was not working nor was the tracking information ever updated so when you click on your order on the website it did not provide any information to say the order was prepared. I left a couple of messages but no-one called me back. Communication could be improved and the web site link needs fixing.
