Delivery wasn't as prompt as my usual supplier. It took 7 days for the items to arrive in a bag with no protection.
The sealed wrapper and box on the one item was completely squashed when I opened the box the lid was snapped off at the leave in conditioner. Which now means on a £15 plus conditioner I have to wrap a bag around it after use.
