i received my order 2 weeks after ordering on line. I had to leave numerous messenger messages and voice mails which were unanswered before finally speaking to someone who confirmed that my £32 order had not been dealt with! I was assured on 3 occasions that someone would phone me back but did not! I eventually received my order but no apology or explanation as to why it had not been dealt with. Used this company because it was slightly cheaper than my usual Kerastase suppliers but will not be using again. Would rather spend a couple of pounds more and know that i would have a hassle free experience.
