This is the second order I have placed with Gooseberry, the first item was needed urgently but after placing my order, making payment and paying for 2 day delivery the item did not arrive. After 5 days I contacted Gooseberry, it was only Then I was told it was out of stock! The second order, placed a few months later, faired better but having paid extra for next day delivery the system was not reflecting this so I had to again contact Gooseberry to confirm the correct delivery date. Goisebrrry appear to be a good company and I have found their prices and to be very competitive and staff appear efficient and helpful but it seems they are being let down by their online system. Get it sorted Gooseberry!
