Always great and reliable service. I buy 1 litre Wella SP Hydrate Shampoo & Conditioner for at least 40% cheaper than in the salon I use - what is not to like?
In addition the customer service is very good - I did share a bit of a chat thing with 'Adam' when I was asking about pump dispenser tops for the 1 litre Wella Bottles - the poor guy moved heaven and earth to get them with no joy - but we had a laugh along the way!
