I purchased two products from the Kerastase Resistance range from this company, gooseberry. Speaking from extensive experience in communicating with gooseberry, their customer service is 100%. They were incredibly patient, kind, understanding and advisory. The products arrived immediately, also, and the products are genuine Kerastase. All in all, 10 star service. I will be returning.
