Hello! I ordered one of the new Kerastase hair treatment balms and chose a Royal Mail tracked 48-hour delivery. Although the delivery arrived very late on the second working day, I was extremely happy when it did! It was in great condition and the packaging was excellent. I'm pleased to say that I have been using the product since and have seen instant improvements in the condition of my hair! I'd also called Gooseberry customer service for something and they were very friendly, professional and helpful. I unreservedly recommend this company and will buy again. Thank you!
