Just wanted to say Thank-you, my second order from you got lost in the post, got in touch and it was investigated and sorted out immediately. All queries I had were answered quickly and I was informed at every stage til I received my parcel. This is my second order of Davines red shampoo and conditioner (totally love it) I get my hair coloured a very vibrant red, which is 2 of the worst colours to keep vibrant as it fades incredibly fast! I usually use other brand of products which my salon uses, but wanted to see if anything could keep my colour better. I researched online and saw that Davines did an 'alchemist red ' which had great reviews, which in turn led me to the Gooseberry shop, who were the cheapest selling site. I ordered it and received it really quickly1st time, well packaged as well! I will continue to order from you for my hair products from now on.
