Gooseberry shop DO NOT USE THEM I have never ever left a negative review BUT I don't have choice this time around as I do not want anyone else to have to order anything from such a company! Gooseberry shop takes money for good that they never send out and just mess around with you! I never thought a company that have UK address can be so dodgy! I ordered some good from Gooseberry’s website on 4 October. According to the information on their website I was supposed to receive the goods I ordered within 8 working days HOWEVER instead or received the goods I paid for, I received an email saying that there were some delays and my order will be with me in a few days. So I waited a few days and NOTHING … since the first email I sent on 15 Oct we have exchanged over 30 email! Gooseberry shop had promised number of times that they will send my order and I will receive my goods by the end of the week … 6 weeks later NOTHING. The address on the website is Nottingham NG3 5QR and this is the only reason I ordered from them! I finally had to cancel my order last Friday on 15 Nov. Now almost a week later they have not refunded my money. Since 4 October I tried to phone them but they never answer the phone. I am truly baffled by all the stellar reviews on their page! These must be friends, paid reviewers or simple people who lucked out with Gooseberry. If they don't send you an email and you wish to leave a review please contact support@reviews.co.uk. This company is obviously not fit to operate in the UK!!!
