A scam shop. Do not use! I placed an order which never arrived but the company took my money. It took over 9 weeks, many emails and attempted phone calls to get a refund. Many times I was promised someone would look into it but would never get a response. This looks like a common problem with gooseberry looking at other review sites. This site (reviews.co.uk) is a paid for review site which requires a company to send review requests to all customers who place an order, obviously gooseberry are just picking and choosing who to send them to to create biased reviews, so I had to request one. I have reported them to trading standards and suggest you do too if you're reading this as you've been scammed too. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
