Ordered a product on 28/11/2019 for a Christmas present, still have not received it today 26/01/2020. Have now been advised that I need to wait a further 28 days before the product is considered missing despite the fact the company have had my money since I ordered the product.
Disgusting service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
