Absolute shame as they have great products . This is the second time I have ordered and had issues , the first time they missed an item in the shipping .
This time after one week I had not received any shipping details , so emailed and was told I was meant to be notified that we’re stocking issued. I was told they would be sent that day and would receive a tracking number , now a week on I have had nothing! No reply to my email , no tracking number , no items nearly three weeks on! I tried calling and it is an answer phone .
