I ordered 2 items from Gooseberry back in January, totalling £23. The items never arrived. I contacted Gooseberry who apologised and said they’d send them ASAP. Still no products received. I wrote again - still no products after a month. I asked for a refund, which I have asked for 3 times and still no refund some 6 weeks later!!! Where is my money!?!?
