Go primal as a brand is good. Their products are very good quality. As a commercial entity I’m less in favour (which is why 3*) I find their pricing and promotion campaigns confusing. Like advertising 50% off for a fixed period and then discovering that kind of rebate applies to things like a 15€ shaker / bottles (the kind of items that used to be given away by protein brands not so many years ago). Their price strategy is also confusing as it’s super variable. Over the last year prices for what I order have varied from 25-36 € up and down. Just give an inciting rebate if you buy 3 or more (like 20-30%). That would be interesting and stable.
