Tom Raine was my point of contact and he was absolutely first class. Extremely responsive, he gave full and clear answers to all of my questions and he even went the extra mile by getting the manufacturer to produce a proof and sending it to me before he sent the order for production. When I asked whether a slightly more expensive product would display the design better; he honestly said it would not and that only a much more expensive product would - he didn't try to upsell and so you could not question the integrity either.
