I recently received an item ordered from Gordon's without it's lid. I contacted them regarding this and they acted in a professional manner offering me a replacement or a refund. They were swift in dealing with the matter and I received a refund ad they didn't have a replacement in stock. I would happily use Gordon's Direct again.
