Initially really helpful, returned a battery from a new tank that stopped working almost immediately. Offered to reimburse postage with liquid to cover. Sent back original battery showing it working but it only worked for one evening. Returned but they said couldn't do any more as had a video clip showing it working. Why would a customer return something that's working. Chris was helpful but manager basically said tough. Will never buy from them again and still need to buy a new one.
