I have a work edition of Office. It does not offer an add-on that I need. So, I bought an edition from Gosoftware. I was unaware that I could not have two Offices on my laptop. A technician offered to help. He suggested he could install the Gosoftware while I retained my work edition. In the end, he asked that I uninstall the work edition. I can't. I have asked for a refund in an email. I have yet to hear from Gosoftware.
