Hello i really like the bag. As a designer , commuter and ex bike messenger i some have tips i would like to share. The bag is really easy to use and i like the back pocket and the front one i think also the two holders on the side are very hand for the water bottle and lock. an extra padding inside is good for the laptop i would have added one or two extra pockets on the internal padding so that you can store little items and avoid to have them in the main bag volume i hope you will find this tips useful for more clarification , feel free to contact me @ pierpcurti@gmail.com
