I am currently not happy with Goth Rider. They are near impossible to contact; there is no Customer Service link on the site so, you must go through Facebook in order to ask questions. I have had to do this before and it continues to be an issue. Recently, (30 October) I placed an order. I had not received any notice of the intended delivery for 11 days. When I reached out through Facebook (10 November), I was advised there was a delay in printing a shirt and that I should be receiving a shipment delivery notice the next day. I was given a credit 'for my troubles' and I was appreciative and I waited. 4 days later I did finally receive my notice that things were in the process of being put together for shipment. I should have been notified there was an issue BEFORE I had to go looking for answers. I DO understand things are strained these days when it comes to shipping, but this was not a shipping issue - it was an issue with letting a customer know there was a snag in the system and communication. I adore this company and am usually quite happy with my overall experiences, but this was different. I know they have added some new perks and are still working out all of the kinks, but this wasn't part of the new works. If Customer Service could be more closely monitored, preferably NOT through Facebook, I would be happy to go back to a 5-star rating. The coffee is exceptional. The clothing is outstanding. Customer Service needs work.
