We're an agency from the SPN program within Amazon's platform and we've been getting screwed with all these suspensions. Many of our clients have been threatening on suing our company. We've been submitting appeals left and right and Amazon keeps denying without justifying their accusations with evidence. They keep sending the same template response.
We're so desperate on fixing our client's cases that we decided to hire multiple reinstatement agencies including Seller Basics, Mr Jeff Amz, Riverbend, & ecommerce Chris and pretty much every case handled by these agencies are all STILL Suspended.
So we decided to take another change to hire one more company that my friends referred us to and Got Suspended looked at all of our cases and gave us a free consultation and rationale to why my cases was ignored, denied, etc. We took a chance and thus far we were able to reinstate 6 accounts from the past several months. We're still dealing with cases but we're honestly fed up with these other agencies and will be migrating all of our cases to Got Suspended.
Jerome stated he will personally handing the counterfeit and unsuitable goods suspensions. For listing issues and for restricted product, and FBA reimbursement claims / suspension Maricris will be handling.
We're currently in court to defend ourselves but we did EVERYTHING in our power to show that we're doing our part. We don't care about losing money but making sure our clients are happy. I'm really close to killing myself with the kind of liabilities that Amazon has dumped to my clients and my agency.
