I'm sorry too I had an awful experience with GovVelo I bought a very expensive bike and what I got was a broken bike I had problems from the beginning the bike got delivered couldn't get the wheel off off the bike and then the front wheel was missing a bearing and after that moving forward to the back finding out that the cassette was totaled damaged I couldn't even ride this bike or even get on this bike they say to claim these bikes to be ready in 10 minutes from getting delivered and then after a couple tries of getting it settled and fixed I decided to ask for a refund and yes I did get my refund but not before I got stiff for $531 yes that's how much they took from my refund when actually I think I should have got charged for nothing it's not my fault I got a broken bike. Also want to know that the bike was very rushed whoever assemble it you can tell it was Rush built nuts and bolts were loose. I won't be purchasing from this place no more and don't recommend it either.
