Lovely simple packaging . Clear directions for use . At the moment I only use it once a day before my last meal as that’s when I tend to falter .So far so good ,just been using it under a week now .Lovely lemony taste , I just mix with a little water and drink straight away. I would review again in a months time to reflect individual changes and any noticeable changes for bowel movements , feeling fuller and less sugar cravings . Will continue to use 😀
