Terrible company, I wish I had never had to deal with them.
Claim they pay out the same day, 2 weeks later and approx 30 emails I had to demand my phone get returned.
When they eventually make an offer it’s a lot less than what you are originally quoted.
The customer service is non existent and you get generic excuses such as busy after Christmas (currently Feb) delays due to COVID (yet they still claim they process and pay within a day)
Definitely avoid. It took a lot of hassle and getting Fraud Uk involved to get my device back.
