I tried to buy a tablet from them 20 days ago. A tablet that was not charging and not switching on arrived, and I updated them within literally 30 minutes for the issue.
As advised, I returned it the next day, to be repaired or replaced, according to the “warranty” they say they provide.
Then, they implied to a replying email that I opened the tablet and took some parts out of it and therefor the warranty was void and they had it returned to me.
Following several emails, they accepted to get it back for second time and they would repair or replace it. Once I sent it and updated them, they came back saying that they will not repair nor replace but they would refund me.
After 4 days I updated them that the tablet was received by them (by Royal Mail’s track & trace site), I followed up once again and they claimed that they didn’t receive anything!!!
It is of value to mention that I was keeping them updated and sending them all the receipts, barcodes, track & trace etc scanned, of every step I was taking according to their advises.
They clearly tried to avoid the refund as well, but after a phone call and a final email, they did refund me.
If you need a tablet, just avoid them.
