I was, and am very pleased with my purchase. Will definitely be back when due an upgrade phone.
Just one small point: I purchased phone on Tuesday and soon received an email to say it was on its way 24 hour delivery with a Royal Mail tracking number....I assumed it would arrive next day. (Wednesday) I tried the tracking number on Wednesday morning with out success. However later that day I tried again and was advised that the customer had advised Royal mail that it was on its way to them???? The phone never arrived at my address.
On the Thursday the Royal Mail site was "down" so I rang Grade Mobile and spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed that the phone went out on Wednesday not Tuesday. It arrived Thursday.
Would it be better if you told customers on the day of dispatch from your office that it was on its way 24 hours delivery, that way customers like me would know exactly which day it was due to arrive. I stayed in on Wednesday expecting the Royal Mail to knock on my door.
