OK, apart from receiving a great phone initially, and delivered quickly. What I received was A* class. However, something happened late on where the home button started to develop a fault. Normally this is where less reputable companies fall apart, not Grade Mobile. Before I knew it they arranged for me to send it straight to them without any fuss (not one question). They then explained how they wanted the phone (Factory Reset etc;). Two days later Libby (who I dealt with) mailed me and said a new phone is already on its way. 2 days later !!. Honestly, it's so nice to deal with a A* company who deals in A* products. I cannot believe I am gushing so much but I was worried and Libby took over and sorted it no problems. Thanks.
