I would like to start by saying that Libby, the customer services representative has been absolutely amazing through all of this process, she has been friendly, sympathetic, professional and a joy to talk to. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro under my Mum’s name so I could pay over three payments. I do now have a fully working iphone that is in pristine condition, but, it was after three attempts! the first one, was locked/blacklisted! (This is not grade mobiles fault but the person who sold them the phone, however this should have been checked) The second one was network locked!! Again they should have checked this!! The third one works perfectly and Libby sent me photos of it working before it was sent, and was nothing short out outstanding with the service she provided. Grade mobile also refunded both postage costs for me sending the 2 phones back and also gave me an extra refund of £40 for the hassle! I was really happy with this and I now have a nice new iPhone 11 Pro :) Overall I give Grade mobile 5 stars because of how nice Libby was, she is the companies saving grace. However, I do feel that the people who check the phones before sending them out need to be more diligent in their job, 2 locked phones is not acceptable really! I give them 1 star (sorry, but sort it out guys/gals!) If you buy with grade mobile and get a locked phone, rest assured, they will do everything they can to sort it out for you and quickly too!
