I ordered two papers from this essay service, i did pass one of my tasks the first time i will say that. However the other was sent back for revision the professor took a while to review it and send it back for revision, I remembered being allotted a revision/correction so i reach out to due so explaining the circumstances of the professor taking a while to send it back. Customer service was seemingly great with a prompt response offering to place a new order for the revision and assign a new expert to work on a revision for me for the inconvenience and then send me a ready link link when it was ready. I sent them the information asked for in order to fulfill my revision and the details they asked of me, i'm still waiting on a response from them going on a month i've been waiting for them to respond. I have sent follow up emails thinking maybe they missed the email, still no response. It is very disappointing as a customer it was a good service i liked the ease of this site more then others however the customer service is bad. My thing is, if they had no intent of trying to help/correct my issue they should've explained it. I would've understood and found the help elsewhere, instead of them responding pretending as if they were going to help then not responding for a month. Very sad, If you have deadlines at school/university that you need to meet DONT USE THIS SITE. Find another site. Always read reviews good and bad.
