Wood slat broke on rocking chair. Because it was purchased 1 year ago it no longer falls within warranty. I asked to purchase a slat and was told Grandin Road no longer carries this product so can't sell the parts for it. I wasted hundreds of dollars on a product I cannot use. As is the chair has dangerous wood splinters where the slat use to be. Also customer service kept trying to prompt/ bait me to say I had improperly cared for or misused the chair. What a waste, and disappointment. Welcome to the world of customer NO service.
