The service was excellent when ordering. The young lady I spoke to was helpful and polite. I was able to arrange next day delivery. The top soil itself was of excellent quantity. Only two issues I would raise. Firstly, it would be nice to have had a call advising when the delivery was going to be. We waited in all day until the delivery at about 3pm. Also, because there is a forklift attached to the delivery van I was able to get the soil where I wanted it. Sadly, the driver did not advise me what a mess the fork lift would make of my lawn. It really tore the lawn up. I would have left it on the drive if I knew what a mess the machine would make of the lawn. However, overall the service was great.
