I was disappointed to have my delivery earlier than requested as it made the situation difficult. I would have been charged again if I had insisted on collection and re-delivery. An attempt was made to call me but by the the time I received the message (at work) it was too late and the delivery had been made. I was surprised that no further attempt was made to contact me at an hour when people tend to be more available I.e. Lunch. However although the lady I spoke to was not able to change the delivery without charges, she was polite throughout the conversation. The product itself was as described on the internet and I was pleased with the gravel and pleased with the finished effect on the bed. I would order this product again but would also call to ensure that I received the delivery I needed.
