We were very disappointed with the customer service we received on the phone from the young lady we spoke to, she was so rude and disrespectful so we had to order on line.
When our order of a 1000Kiles topsoil arrived on time, but unfortunately the driver left the Topsoil on the pavement, he said he just couldn't get it into the garden on his own, we were so disappointed because the last time we ordered Topsoil, the service was excellent the driver was so helpful and he put the Topsoil in our garden on his own with no problem.
