Still waiting after nearly 4 weeks for a faulty/damaged item to be collected. A simple matter of Grattan raising and order with the supplier for the item to be collected, and they seem incapable of doing this. Numerous phone calls and endless conversations and still the faulty/damaged item is still in my house, but the charge for the item is still showing on my account. Absolutely dreadful company.
